Q. How much is shipping?
|

A. Shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 per order.

Q. What is your shipping method?
|
|
A. Orders are shipped directly from the supplier or suppliers. Suppliers may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another private carrier chosen at the supplier's discretion.

Q. How long will it take for my order to ship?
|

A. On average, orders are processed and shipped within 8-12 business days.
|

Q. What if I need to return my order?
|
|
A. We do not accept returns on any products unless the product is expired (excluding products marked as clearance) or damaged. After a returned item has been received, it may take 1-2 weeks to process the return. Refunds will be credited back to your original credit card. Q. Can you ship to my PO Box or an APO/FPO address?
|
|
A. Yes. In most cases we do ship to PO Box or an APO/FPO address, however currently our supplier for fragrances does NOT. If your order contains a fragrance unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
|
|
A. No. At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States.

Q. Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
|
|
A. Some suppliers only ship to the continental United States. If our main supplier is unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii we will seek a secondary supplier to fill your order.

Q. Is there a limit to how much I can order?
|
|
A. You can order as many different products as you would like at one time. However, there is a limit of 5 units per product. This limit is in place to help us ensure the supplier will be able to fill your entire order.

Q. The product page says the quantity available is 150. Is that the exact number in stock?
|

A. No. This number means that our primary supplier maintains a high inventory level for that product.
|

Q. Does your Pharmacy require an original prescription?
|
A. Once you have placed your order either by phone or online you are required to mail in your original prescription to us at: P.O. Box 88649, Surrey, British Columbia, V3W 0X1, Canada.
* Note: This address is ONLY for original prescriptions. Product returns will not be accepted at this address.

Q. Is there a limit on how much I can buy?
|
|
A. Yes, we can only fill a three month supply of any medication at one time. The medications dispensed to you are for personal use only. You may not purchase medications for resale or redistribution.
